By using them, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have authority to bind the business you represent, and that you hold any licences, permits, and insurance required to perform the work you advertise in your area.
We run advertising campaigns that generate project inquiries from homeowners and deliver those inquiries to contractors we agree to work with ("Inquiries"). The specific scope, service area, volume, and pricing of our services will be confirmed with you directly, by email, message, or written agreement, before any billing begins.
We are a marketing service. We are not a contractor, broker, or agent for either party, and we do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any remodeling work.
Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, seasonality, your pricing, your response time, and your sales process. We do not guarantee any number of Inquiries, appointments, closed jobs, or revenue. Homeowners are under no obligation to hire you.
Homeowner information we deliver to you is provided only for the purpose of responding to that homeowner's project request.
You may not resell, share, transfer, or add it to marketing lists or unrelated campaigns.

Fees, billing cycles, and payment methods will be confirmed with you before you are charged. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, fees are stated in Canadian dollars, exclude applicable taxes, and are due by the date shown on the invoice. We may pause delivery of Inquiries while an invoice is overdue. Any refund, credit, or replacement policy for Inquiries will be set out in the written terms we agree with you.
By giving us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, and email about your inquiry, your account, and our services. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Consent to these communications is not a condition of any purchase.

The website, its content, branding, advertising creative, and campaign materials belong to Leads 2 Your Door or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of them. You may use materials we provide only as needed to receive our services.
Our website and services rely on third-party platforms, such as hosting, CRM, messaging, and advertising providers. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of those third parties, and we may change providers as needed to operate our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not verify the accuracy of homeowner-provided details and do not guarantee that any Inquiry is genuine, qualified, or ready to buy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leads 2 Your Door will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services will not exceed the fees you paid us in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for our own intentional or gross fault.
You agree to defend and hold harmless Leads 2 Your Door from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your work, your dealings with homeowners, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law.
Either of us may end our working relationship at any time by written notice, subject to any written agreement between us. We may suspend or end your access immediately if you breach these Terms or misuse homeowner information. Fees owed at the time of termination remain payable, and Sections 6, 10, 12, 13, 14, and 17 continue to apply afterward.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of the judicial district of Montréal, Quebec, unless we agree otherwise in writing. The parties have expressly required that these Terms and all related documents be drafted in English.
